BW3 is delighted to have been nominated for two Best of Manchester Awards 2026, recognising our work to bring businesses, schools and communities together and create opportunities for young people across Wythenshawe.
The Best of Manchester Awards celebrate the remarkable people, groups and organisations making a positive difference across Manchester, and we are incredibly proud to have been recognised in two categories.
BW3 has been nominated for the Business and Communities Working Together Award, in recognition of the BW3 Peer Power Hub Partnership, which brought together local businesses, schools and the Wythenshawe Youth Team to develop skills, confidence and awareness to help with the transition between primary and high school.
We have also been nominated for the Championing Skills and Confidence for Work Award, recognising our wider work to raise aspirations and help young people develop the skills, confidence and experiences they need to take their next steps towards education and employment.
These nominations are a fantastic recognition of the collective effort behind BW3. Our work is made possible by the businesses, schools, volunteers, community organisations and partners who give their time, expertise and support to help create opportunities for people across Wythenshawe.
We would like to say a huge thank you to those who took the time to nominate BW3. It means a great deal to know that the work being delivered through our partnerships is making a difference and being recognised beyond our own network.
