BW3 is a small charity run by a committee of volunteers in which businesses become members. Its purpose is to act as a vehicle for all businesses, big or small, to find avenues to give back to the surrounding community, tackle the issues of greatest need and raise aspirations/pathways to employment/enterprise for local people, especially given the area concerned has had some of the highest levels of deprivation historically.
Without funding from business members BW3 would not be able to create opportunities for business people to support local schools and colleges such as mentoring, workshops to build resilience or self esteem, maths based activities for primary schools and so on.
